The YSEALI Summit 2023 aims to showcase the impact of YSEALI alumni and inspire them to contribute to a bigger collective impact in the next decade. The program features various sessions that equip participants with necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the fast-changing world and leverage technology to drive positive change. These include keynote speeches, leadership talks, breakout sessions, and unconference discussions, covering topics such as impact measurement, innovative financing, outcomes measurement, and branding for impact. The Summit also offers networking opportunities with industry leaders and civic society, site visits to different organizations, and on-site activities to provide hands-on learning experiences. To highlight the influence of YSEALI alumni, the Seeds for the Future Fair will be organized during the Summit, which will include an impact gallery tour and leaders’ library sharing sessions.

Post-Summit, A Decade of YSEALI Small Grants Competition will be open for the participants to apply, selecting 12 winners to receive USD 5,000 each to implement their impact-driven project ideas from February to April 2024. Furthermore, a Professional Development Grant will be made available for participants to apply, that will help them enhance their skills as leaders that generate positive changes in their communities.

At the end, the Summit’s overarching goal is to fortify ties among alumni to drive positive change collectively as well as to prepare for a stronger YSEALI network in the next decade to come that will effectively contribute to a better future.
