YSEALI Next: Executive Steering Committee (ESC) aims to enhance collaboration among mission alumni networks and create new opportunities such as exclusive regional gatherings, speaker programs, and grants. The committee will also assist the U.S. State Department in shaping the YSEALI program to ensure it remains a leading initiative engaging young Southeast Asians. By actively advising on program changes and updates, including alumni engagement, the committee aims to keep the program innovative, dynamic, and focused on grantees. To achieve these objectives, ESC members will travel to participate in regional summits, meetings, and gatherings organized by the committee.
YSEALI Next: Executive Steering Committee (ESC) will expand collaboration between mission alumni networks and design new opportunities such as exclusive gatherings with a regional focus, speaker programs and grant opportunities. The committee will also help the State Department shape the YSEALI program so that the program remains a cutting-edge initiative to engage young Southeast Asians. The committee will actively advise the Department on changes and updates to the YSEALI program, including alumni engagement, to keep the program fresh, dynamic and grantee-centric. In order to accomplish these goals, YSEALI Next Steering Committee members will travel to participate in regional summits, meetings, and gatherings designed by YSEALI Next Steering Committee members.
