Putting their focus on restoring ex-mining lands, SEAD has chosen to execute their agroforestry efforts in Kinta Nature Park by using bamboo. To complement their efforts, SEAD will also be producing a video in order to create awareness of their CoRE activities while also training ‘Restoration Stewards’ through community planting events and by the end of this project, it is estimated that a total of 100 acres of land would have been restored!
