The Beyond Bins 2.0 project aims to create a circulative supply and demand chain connecting the community, industry players, and corporate bodies, ultimately closing the loop in plastic waste production and fostering a circular economy. The project implements community-based micro-recycling facilities to tackle the plastic waste problem at its source, enabling corporates and consumer brands to recycle their plastic waste through these facilities. Additionally, the project provides a steady source of income to marginalized communities through a plastic buy-back system, utilizing the micro-recycling facilities.
