Job Description

  1. Assisting the project managers from the beginning until the closing period of projects.
  2. Assisting with organizing, planning, developing, and completing projects or programs to specified performance goals.
  3. Assisting with preparing, organizing, and managing any materials for the workshops
  4. Assisting with working with trainers, planning, managing, and overseeing the execution of content delivery
  5. Assisting with managing and coordinating physical program activities and workshops.
  6. Assisting with estimating takeoff, assembling finished proposals, and managing projects.
  7. Supporting proposals, market research, and new business development activities.
  8. Processing and assisting in managing content creation, copywriting, and other related communication tasks to develop organization brands for other channels/platforms,

Job Requirements

  1. Pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Education, Project Management, Business, Business IT, Corporate Comms, International Business, or related field of study.
  2. Requires good written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay
  3. Familiarity with the G-suite of office products (Word, Spreadsheet, Slides) and database (Airtable), LMS (Canvas).
  4. Good problem-solving skills and well-organized.
  5. Skilled at preparing briefings in Slides and using Spreadsheets to analyze data related to business and operations.
  6. Comfortable in front of a group and able to explain data and information.
  7. Comfortable facilitating workshops in front of a group 
  8. Capable of working both physically and remotely
  9. Passion and always motivated to grow in the Project Management career path.
