Malaysia and Indonesia face pressing social and environmental challenges, and social enterprises are rising to the occasion. The SEAM Journey Begins: A Collaborative Start and the Next Steps

The SEAM Opening Summit marked the beginning of a one-year programme journey for the 10 social enterprises. The summit provided a space for open exchange and reflection focused on collaboration, trust-building, and leadership well-being. With support from IKEA co-workers and key ecosystem players, the social enterprises are now set to scale their impact through mentorship, peer learning, and capacity-building activities throughout the year.
